By using graphmake.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

GraphMake provides a free online infographic builder. You may use the Service to create, edit, and export infographics for personal or commercial purposes. You must not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create using GraphMake. We do not claim any rights over your infographics, data, or designs. Your content is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

3. AI-Generated Content

When you use the AI layout generation feature, text you provide is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. The generated layouts are provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing and editing the output. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

The GraphMake name, logo, templates, and website design are our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our templates or UI components. However, infographics you create using our templates are yours to use freely.

5. Free Tier & Premium

The core editor is free to use with no signup required. We may introduce premium features in the future. Free-tier exports may include a small "Made with GraphMake" badge. Premium plans, if offered, will be clearly described with pricing before purchase.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraphMake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
