Frequently Asked Questions
What is a stat card for?
Putting one number where it cannot be missed — inside an infographic, on a slide, or standalone on social. It is the unit people screenshot out of a report.
What are the three layouts?
Hero KPI for a single dominant number. Metric strip for three or four figures in a row. Badge card when the stat needs to look like a credential or an award.
Can I add an icon?
Yes — trend, users, revenue, rating, love, speed, health, reliability, and conversion. An icon gives the number a category before anyone reads the label, which matters when the card is seen at a glance.
How do I edit the number and label?
Click the value or the label on the card and type. The preview is exactly what exports, so nothing reflows between editing and download.
Should the label go above or below the number?
Below, usually. The number should land first and the label should explain it — a label on top makes the reader process the category before the fact they came for.
Can I show several stats at once?
Yes — the Metric strip layout puts three or four related figures on one canvas, which suits a results summary better than four separate cards.
What sizes can I export?
Card 720×480 for embedding in a document, square 900×900 for social, and slide 1200×675 for decks. PNG is free with no watermark.
What makes a stat card convincing?
A specific number with its source or period attached. "87% satisfaction" invites doubt; "87% satisfaction, Q3 2026, n=1,240" does not.
