How do I show who does each step?
Give each step an owner and a lane, then switch to Handoff lanes. Each team gets its own row, so every handoff shows as work crossing into another lane.
Can I mark where the work gets stuck?
Yes. Tick the bottleneck box on the steps where work waits, then switch to the Bottleneck view to make those risks and waits stand out.
Is a workflow chart the same as a flowchart?
Not quite. A flowchart maps logic, with decision diamonds and yes/no branches; a workflow chart maps work: the steps, the people, and the handoffs. For branching logic, use the flowchart maker.
