Is a circle graph the same as a circle chart?
Yes. Circle graph, circle chart, and pie chart all name the same picture: a circle cut into parts whose sizes show each part's share of the whole. Math textbooks often say circle graph; this tool makes all of them.
How do I find the percentage for each part?
You do not have to. Type the raw numbers, such as votes or dollars, and set the labels to Percent: each part's share of the total is calculated and printed on it.
Can I make a ring instead of a solid circle?
Yes. Switch the type to donut to get a ring, then choose whether the hole in the middle shows the total, your own label, or stays empty.
Can I show both the number and the percentage?
Yes. Set the labels to Both and every part shows its value and its percentage together. Choose None for a clean circle and let the legend do the labelling.
