This is a fictional planning exercise, not a description of a real library. The writing question is what a community library could offer and what would need checking before making a recommendation. Choose Launch before typing, keep Studio blue, Compact and 100% text, then rename the central topic to Fictional library essay.

Rename Audience to Access, with Weekend hours, Step-free entry and Clear signs as its three details. Rename Channels to Learning, with Homework club, Skills workshops and Reading groups.

Rename Launch assets to Community, with Local stories, Meet-up space and Noticeboard. Rename Timeline to Questions, with Staffing needs, Running costs and Visitor feedback. Replace all twelve starter details so unrelated launch prompts do not remain in your outline.

Choose Tree to see the topic and four paragraph groups, then Cards to compare the same groups as a report. The labels stay the same. In Compact at these settings, the tested example downloads as a 900×700 PNG in either view.

Before drafting, turn the Questions group into a research checklist. Find evidence for the suggestions, decide which groups support your argument, and write an introduction and conclusion separately. The map is a starting outline, not proof that any proposed service is needed or affordable.

Give each branch one job. If two branches repeat the same point, revise their labels or combine their ideas deliberately. Moving a node closer to another branch does not change its parent, and vertical placement in Tree does not create extra levels of nesting.

Keep details short enough to read in the final image. A sentence may fit in the editable text while only part of it is visible on the map. Shorten it to a prompt and keep the explanation and sources in your draft. Check the exported image rather than assuming every typed word is visible.

Select a branch to change its color; its details follow that color. A theme applies a new palette. Choose your layout and canvas size before fine positioning because either change resets manual placement. Reset layout restores automatic positions without replacing your labels.
